Refund Policy – Lushanza’s Process for Returns and Refunds

At Lushanza, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and are eligible for a refund, we have outlined the process below to make your experience smooth and transparent.

Refund Eligibility

A refund will be processed only under the following circumstances:

  • Defective Products: If the product you received is defective and a replacement is not available.
  • Incorrect Products: If you received the wrong item and a replacement is not possible.
  • Damaged Products: If the product is damaged during delivery and a replacement cannot be arranged.

Note: To be eligible for a refund, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, and it must meet the criteria for a Return or Replacement under our Return & Replacement Policy.

Refund Process

1. Initiate the Request:

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide:
    • Order number
    • Product details and reason for the refund request (defective, incorrect, or damaged)
    • Photos of the product (showing the defect, damage, or issue).

2. Verification:

  • Our team will review the request and verify the issue. If the product qualifies for a refund, we will approve your request and provide the next steps.

3. Return of the Product:

  • If the product is required to be returned, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost to you. Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

4. Refund Issuance:

  • Once the returned product is received and verified, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used at the time of purchase.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will typically be processed within 7-10 business days. The actual refund time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-refundable Items

  • Sale items: Items bought at discounted prices are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Personalized Products: Customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
  • Hygiene Products: Due to hygiene reasons, lingerie, swimwear, and accessories such as earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be issued, including but not limited to:

  • Items with visible signs of use or wear
  • Items missing tags or packaging

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
