At Lushanza, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged, we will be happy to offer a return or replacement. Please read the following guidelines for our Return & Replacement process:

Return & Replacement Eligibility

  • Incorrect Products: If the wrong product is delivered to you, we will provide a replacement or return.
  • Damaged Products: If your product is damaged during shipping or handling, we will replace it or offer a return.

Return & Replacement Process

1. Initiate the Request:

  • To initiate a return or replacement, contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide the following details:
  • Order number
  • Product name and issue (defective, incorrect, or damaged)
  • Clear photos of the product showing the damage or incorrect item.

Note: Issues with defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for us to process the return or replacement.

2. Confirmation:

  • Our team will review your request and confirm if it qualifies for a return or replacement. We may ask for additional information or images to process your request.

3. Return Instructions:

  • If your return or replacement request is approved, we will guide you on how to return the item. A reverse pickup will be arranged through our courier partners.

4. Replacement:

  • Once the defective or incorrect product is returned, a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Conditions for Returns & Replacements

  • Products must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Returns and replacements are only accepted for products that are defective, incorrect, or damaged during delivery.
